Lisa Phillips-Brooks CPT has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and customer experience management. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as an Operations Manager at Harris Trust & Savings Bank from January 1997 to June 1999. Educational achievements include participation in the Solaris Executive Leadership Development Academy and studies at both Bethune-Cookman University and Chicago State University.
