Michael Lapolla

Michael Lapolla has an extensive background in financial services and program management with over 40 years of experience. At Computershare, from June 2005 until retirement, Lapolla served in various capacities, including Chief of Staff to the Issuer Services Division CEO and Senior Program Manager, successfully overseeing transitions and organic growth initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director at Equiserve Inc., where call center management was a key focus, and Vice President at State Street Bank, overseeing the transition of accounts from BankBoston. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
