Mariana May

Mariana May is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee at Computime Group Limited since December 2023, Mariana also works as a Consultant at Captiare, specializing in recruitment for banking, finance, and IT roles since July 2022. Previously, Mariana held significant roles at Westpac as Director and Head of Conglomerates, managing a portfolio of top-tier companies in the Greater China Area, and at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited as Director of Global Corporates, where revenue growth was achieved prior to departure. Early career experiences include positions as Senior Consultant at Executive Access and Assistant Director in Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets at Schroders Asia Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia and Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, British Columbia.
