Joe Ruthruff

Joe Ruthruff is currently the Senior Vice President for Television and Cross-Platform Analytics at Comscore, Inc. Prior to their current role, Joe held various positions at Comscore, Rentrak before acquisition, Sandia National Laboratories, Google, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Oregon State University. Joe has a vast experience in data analytics, research, project management, and software engineering. Joe holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
