Nick Long

Nick Long has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Nick served as the Chief Financial Officer at Comstock Homes from 2012 to the present. In this role, they are responsible for all residential and commercial accounting, finance, acquisitions, treasury, and investor relations. Nick has also played a significant role in the development of various residential, commercial, and hotel projects.

Before joining Comstock Homes, Nick worked as an Owner/Operator at BullMark Capital, Inc. from 2008 onwards. Nick was also a Manager in Real Estate Consulting at Kibel Green Incorporated from 2009 to 2012. Nick managed engagements for real estate clients, focusing on operations, financial restructurings, and real estate asset services.

From 2004 to 2009, Nick held the position of SoCal Regional Land Acquisitions Manager at JF Shea Co., Inc. Nick directed the acquisitions and finance teams, overseeing all acquisitions and joint venture activities for the parent company of Shea Homes, LP.

Nick began their career as a Senior Associate at Deloitte and Touche from 2001 to 2004. Overall, they have a broad range of experience in finance, real estate consulting, acquisitions, and joint venture management.

Nick Long earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Nick later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at USC Marshall School of Business, specializing in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship, from 2004 to 2006.
