Vitor Hugo da Silva Ramos possesses extensive experience in project management and technical support within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at TD SYNNEX Brasil since November 2016, Vitor implements UX strategies, conducts feasibility analyses, and manages project lifecycles using various project management tools. Prior to this role, Vitor worked at Westcon as Analista de Suporte II, providing remote support for Blue Coat equipment, and held positions as Analista de Sistemas and Analista de Suporte at British Telecom, focusing on troubleshooting and client support.
