Mark Greenthaner

Mark Greenthaner is a seasoned professional in emergency communications, currently serving as the Manager of Implementation and Support at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since January 2023. In this role, Mark supervises project staff, ensures compliance with standards, provides expertise on Next Generation 911 (NG911) implementations, and manages system integration and testing. Mark previously held positions at Elk County Office of Emergency Services from September 2007 to January 2023, including 911 Coordinator and Quality Assurance Supervisor, where responsibilities involved designing and delivering training programs for dispatchers. Mark's involvement with NENA: The 9-1-1 Association included roles as Chapter President, Vice President, and Secretary from September 2017 to September 2020. Mark is an alumnus of Penn State University.
