Sam Peters is an accomplished customer success professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Comulate since June 2025, Sam previously held positions at Assembled as VP of Customer Success, and at TripActions as Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, where notable achievements included a 92.48% retention rate and an 86% product adoption rate. Prior to that, Sam contributed to Narvar as Sr. Manager of Customer Success, implementing the Customer Success CARE Framework and achieving a significant reduction in churn rate. Additional experience includes roles at Box, Strategy Execution, and Dunham, showcasing a strong background in client engagement, team management, and successful program implementation. Sam holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a certified Stanford Project Manager.
