Madalina Ursu

Madalina Ursu is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Innovative Public Space Development at Comune di Milano since March 2023. Ursu is also an Advisory Board Member at the UK Collaboratorium for Research on Infrastructure and Cities (UKCRIC) since June 2020. Previously, a significant tenure at the Greater London Authority spanned from September 2013 to May 2021, where positions included Head of Infrastructure and various managerial roles focused on growth and infrastructure. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate in Debt Capital Markets and an intern in FX Trading at J.P. Morgan from 2008 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Local Economic Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish Studies from Wesleyan University.
