Ana Usaola

Ana Usaola has extensive experience in project management and information systems, currently serving as a Consultor de gestión de proyectos for Comunidad de Madrid since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ana held the position of Jefe de Área at the Agencia para la Administración Digital de la Comunidad de Madrid, managing the Centro de Atención a Usuarios from August 2008 to September 2017. Ana's earlier career includes serving as Directora de Sistemas at MAPFRE Quavitae from January 2004 to August 2008, where significant contributions were made to the company's strategic decisions through technology. Additionally, Ana worked as Jefe de Sistemas de Información at Atento España from 1998 to 2004. Ana holds an ExMBA in Dirección de Empresas from IE Business School and a degree in Ingeniera informática from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
