Susana González Rubio

Susana González Rubio has a diverse range of work experience. Susana worked at Agencia para la Administración Digital de la Comunidad de Madrid from 2007 until at least 2016, starting as a Human Resources Project Manager and later becoming the Head of Talent & Digital Learning. In these roles, they focused on modernizing HR management and leading digital transformation.

Before that, they worked at Stratesys Consulting as a Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2006. Here, they were responsible for creating and developing the HR department, implementing HR strategies, and managing various HR areas.

Prior to their time at Stratesys Consulting, they worked at Siemens Business Services from 1998 to 2001. Susana started as an HR consultant, managing consultancy projects for clients in different sectors nationally and internationally. Later, they became the Manager of the Enterprise Resource Management Area, where they were responsible for defining and achieving strategic goals and managing international HR projects. Overall, Susana González Rubio has a strong background in HR management, strategic planning, and digital transformation.

Susana González Rubio has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended MIT Professional Education for a course in innovation. In 1999-2000, they pursued a Master's in Human Resources Management at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Earlier, from 1992 to 1998, they completed their Degree in Business Studies, specializing in C.C. Empresariales, at the Universidad de Alcalá. Susana also pursued Informática de Empresas with Estudios Superiores at the same university from 1994 to 1996. Susana González Rubio obtained a certification in Innovation from MIT Professional Education in 2023.
