Michael O' Donnell

Michael O'Donnell serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Comunilife, Inc., where responsibilities include orchestrating a strategic plan that increased the annual operational budget from $32 million to $83 million and growing company assets to over $100 million. O'Donnell previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at The Mulholland Group, LLC, managing a 2,500-unit affordable housing portfolio and overseeing property acquisitions totaling over $200 million. Earlier experience includes significant positions at The Doe Fund, the NYC Office of Management and Budget, and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where O'Donnell demonstrated expertise in budget management, operational oversight, and program development. O'Donnell holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School's Milano School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Urban Studies from Brown University.
