Francisca Quelhas

Francisca Quelhas is an experienced professional in human resources and sports management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Fabridoce - Doces Regionais Lda since January 2021. In addition to previous roles as a Human Resources Advisor, Francisca has extensive involvement with the Portuguese Basketball Federation as a Board Officer and Arbitrator Trainee. Francisca's background includes coaching basketball at Sport Clube Beira-Mar, serving as a Discipline Council Member for FADU Portugal, and holding leadership positions such as Vice President of Management at Club Guarda Basket. Francisca has also contributed to logistics at António Quelhas Unipessoal, Lda and played significant roles in university student representation at the University of Aveiro, where Francisca obtained both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management.
