Brian Cercek

Brian is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Brian was a Vice President at Macquarie in their Principal Finance group, where he worked for four years and was responsible for sourcing and executing debt investments in both public and private companies. Prior to Macquarie, Brian was on a private equity investment team at Allstate and spent over four years working in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.

Brian received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
