John Koehler

Mr. Koehler works closely with executives at Comvest’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of Comvest’s business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities. Prior to joining OAG, John served in leadership roles with NDS Inc., and Danaher, where he helped to lead commercial due diligence and M&A priorities for their Water Quality Group, as well as leading global marketing for OTT Hydromet, a Danaher operating company. Prior to this, John was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a top tier management consulting firm, where he focused on industrial goods and corporate development. Additionally, John held marketing roles at General Mills, and he began his career by serving as a tank officer in the U.S. Army.

John earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.
