Meghan O’Dowd

Meghan is the Management Company Controller and is responsible for overseeing accounting, operations, budgeting and analysis for Comvest Partners’ management companies. Prior to joining Comvest, Meghan was an audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, primarily focusing in the broadcasting, not-for-profit, and financial services industries.

Meghan received an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Accounting from Wesley College.
