Renee is a Managing Director and is responsible for managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Renee was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at GE Antares Capital focusing on managing investments for private equity sponsor backed middle-market companies. Renee’s lending career has also included GE Capital and Heller Financial, where she held underwriting, portfolio management and origination roles.
Renee received an M.B.A. from DePaul University’s Charles Kellstadt School of Business and a B.A. in accounting from Lewis University. Renee is a Certified Public Accountant.
