Bhagwati Shetty

Bhagwati Shetty is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions and initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Comviva since February 2025, Bhagwati previously held the position of Group HR Business Partner and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lead at Mahindra Group from November 2022 to January 2025. Prior roles include Sales HR Head at Aegon Life, Lead for Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Vodafone Idea Limited, and HR Business Partner for Technology at Vodafone, where management of a national employee base of 4,000 was achieved. Bhagwati holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
