Alicia Guerrero is an accomplished professional in educational leadership and nonprofit organizational impact with significant experience in data management, evaluation, and social justice advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Data, Evaluation & Impact at Con Mi MADRE since March 2019, Alicia manages data initiatives to support Latina students and their mothers in social-emotional learning and college readiness. Prior roles include Immigration Crisis Hotline Coordinator at Grassroots Leadership, where Alicia focused on deportation defense mobilization, and Lead Graduate Research Assistant at the Latino Research Institute, supporting faculty research. Alicia began their career as an Art Teacher at Hays CISD, where responsibilities included curriculum development and community outreach. Alicia holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Teacher Education from St. Edward's University.
