Sebastian Henao Madrigal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as Mobility Manager and Engineering Manager at CONA Services, Sebastian leads the development of mobile applications for Coca-Cola North America. Previously, as Software Engineering Manager at Bluesmile Technology, Sebastian oversaw the development of multiple mobile apps and provided technical mentorship to engineering teams. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at LeanCore and Engineering Manager at Gyffu S.A.S, where Sebastian co-founded a children's online safety platform in Latin America.
