Paola Fersini

Paola Fersini has over two decades of experience in the retail sector, currently serving as Direttore Acquisti Grocery at Conad since February 2009, with responsibilities including grocery food and beverage purchases and promotional planning. Fersini has a solid background in commercial planning and budgeting, having overseen these functions since 2017. Notably, Fersini has also acted as an international buyer, negotiating deals on behalf of Conad. Prior to this role, Fersini worked at Gruppo PAM, where responsibilities included buyer category manager for toiletries and category manager for food products, alongside roles in marketing controlling. Fersini holds a degree from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, earned between 1994 and 2000.
