Andrew Boland, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Stock Clerk position at Publix Super Markets in 2011. Andrew then worked as a Laboratory Technician at Dynamet Inc from 2012 to 2013, followed by an 8th Grade Science Teacher position at John Hopkins Middle School from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to Florida Hospital Tampa, where they held the role of Clinical Research Intern. Andrew then worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Hill Top Research from 2015 to 2022. During this time, they also held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, where they conducted research and performed experiments, resulting in two publications currently in review and preparation. In 2022, they moved to Conagen, where they currently hold the role of Scientist II.

Andrew Boland, Ph.D. began their educational career in 2007 when they attended Eckerd College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art/Art Studies, General and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. In 2015, they began pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at The University of Georgia and is expected to complete the degree in 2022.
