Denise Paulonis

Denise Paulonis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Conagra Brands since September 2022 and as President and CEO of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. since May 2018, Denise also holds the position of Board Member and Audit Chair for the same company. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Sprouts Farmers Market and The Michaels Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, and business strategy. Denise's career began at Procter & Gamble and includes significant positions at PepsiCo, McKinsey & Company, and Bank of America. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Miami University.
