Heather Cooley

Heather Cooley serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Advanced Analytics and Data Science at Conagra Brands, where responsibilities include leading the end-to-end function across business and IT teams to modernize supply chain data and analytics. Prior to this, Heather held the position of Senior Director of Information Architecture at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, focusing on data architecture, analytics capabilities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Heather co-founded BI Design LLC, overseeing business-driven technology solutions, and held leadership roles in various companies such as WhiteLight Group, Arias Information Solutions, and Arcane Systems. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as coursework at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
