Jim Schwab

Jim Schwab serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Supply Chain at Conagra Brands since October 2022. Schwab's extensive experience includes significant leadership roles at Honeywell from 2001 to 2021, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy execution across various sectors, talent acquisition, global integrated supply chain management, and procurement. Notable achievements include developing succession programs, improving attrition rates, and enhancing talent acquisition processes. Schwab holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a B.B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
