Kaitlin Costello

Kaitlin Costello is a Principal Food Scientist and Digital Product Owner at Conagra Brands, where responsibilities include leading digital technology adaptations for Food and Process Design groups since June 2016. Previously, Kaitlin served as a Senior Food Scientist, concentrating on reducing complexity and improving margins in shelf-stable products, and as a Food Scientist, delivering value to renowned brands. Prior experience includes roles as Student Staff at Young Life, Lab Technician at the UNL FPC Product Development Lab, Chemistry Teaching Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and RQI Intern at ConAgra Foods. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in 2016.
