Sheila Kalsi

Sheila Kalsi is an experienced change management professional currently serving as the Head of Change Management at Conagra Brands since May 2022. Kalsi has a robust background, including leadership roles as an Independent Change Management Consultant and Director of Change Management & Program Management at JLL, where a $100M change program for Workday implementation was successfully delivered. Prior experience includes directing strategic change and communications at McDonald's, managing change initiatives at Colgate-Palmolive, and participating in Pfizer's Management Development Program. Kalsi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
