This team, comprising roles such as the Director of Flight Operations, Component Shop Technicians, Maintenance Planners, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, and the Shops Manager, focuses on scheduling and performing regular maintenance checks, repairing and overhauling aircraft components, and coordinating daily flight operations to ensure aircraft are always mission-ready for wildland firefighting.
