Amanda Hood

Amanda Hood currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources focusing on Talent Management, Organizational Development, and HR Business Partners at Conair LLC since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Vice President of Integration and Change Management at Melissa & Doug, where efforts were directed towards fostering holistic child development through play. Earlier career experience includes roles at Softcard, emphasizing recruitment in mobile technology and corporate functions. Amanda holds a BA in Economics, Philosophy, and Marketing from Fairfield University.
