Niclas Frost

Niclas Frost is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Deputy Head of Operations and Site Manager at Conapto since November 2023. Prior to this role, Niclas held various leadership positions at NKT, including Director of Flexible Vulcanized Jointing and Director of the Workshop Area, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production workshops and managing multiple production managers. Niclas has extensive experience in site management from tenure at Quant Service, successfully overseeing operations for NKT HV Cables, Lantmännen Unibake, and ABB Machines, with a strong focus on health and safety processes and client value delivery. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at IKG and Väderstad AB, and involvement in Six Sigma and project management initiatives. Niclas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Linköping University.
