Bill Young

Bill Young is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software and infrastructure roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Conceal since October 2022, Bill previously held positions including Head of Engineering at Allma, where contributions spanned from June 2021 to October 2022, and leadership roles at Capital One as a Manager of Software Engineering. Earlier experience includes senior technical roles at SparkMeter and Threat Stack, as well as foundational contributions as a Founding Engineer at Critical Stack, Inc. Bill's career began with a strong technical background as a Systems and Network Administrator at Lycos, Inc., and includes significant accomplishments in team leadership, project management, and operational improvements. Bill holds an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Bristol Community College.
