Owen Hill

Owen Hill has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder of KleerCard, a company designed to empower small businesses and nonprofits to spend smarter and save countless hours of accounting. In 2019, they were the Director of Strategic Initiatives at ConcealFab Corporation - Wireless Antenna & Satellite Dish Concealment. From 2012 to 2018, they were the State Senator District 10 at the Colorado Senate. From 2007 to 2006, they were the Director of Budgeting and Forecasting and Finance and Economics Manager at Compassion International. In 2006, they were the Lead Analyst at the US Air Force. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Doctoral Fellow at RAND.

Owen Hill attended the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a degree in Operations Research with a field of study in Economics and Math. Owen then attended the Pardee RAND Graduate School, where they earned a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis.
