Alexander Yoakum

Alexander Yoakum is an experienced corporate paralegal currently working at Concentra since September 2025, with prior experience as a Global Transportation Finance Paralegal at Vedder Price from July 2022 to September 2025. At Vedder Price, responsibilities included preparing UCC filings, aviation contracts, and due diligence materials for significant transactions, as well as assisting with discovery responses and trial preparation. Previously, Alexander was involved in debate instruction, serving as a Senior Instructor at the National Symposium for Debate and NSD Texas, and as Director of Debate at The Woodlands High School, where responsibilities included curriculum development and administrative management. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Emory University, earned in May 2020.
