Nicole O'Janovac

Nicole O'Janovac, MHA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Operations at Concentra since February 2023, following a tenure as Center Manager at MedRite Urgent Care and Studio Manager at Tend. Nicole's extensive experience at Concentra includes roles as Center Operations Director and Assistant Center Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, fiscal management, and compliance with regulations. Nicole also contributed to educational advancements as an Advisory Board Member for Keiser University’s Health Service Administration program and has held various positions in healthcare settings, including front office support and employee relations internships. Academically, Nicole holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.
