Dianne Steinman

Dianne Steinman, SPHR has diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dianne started in 1988 as a Tire Design Engineer at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, where they worked until 1993. Later, in 2004, Dianne joined Concentric, LLC and held various roles within the Human Resources department. Dianne began as a Parts/Data Entry/Payroll employee from 2004 to 2007. Then, they progressed to become a Human Resources Generalist/Manager from 2007 to 2015. Currently, Dianne serves as the Director of Human Resources at Concentric, responsible for managing and directing a team of 200 employees.

Dianne Steinman, SPHR earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. In November 2019, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
