Mark Cattrell

Mark Cattrell is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience at Concentric Energy Advisors, where roles have included Principal, Senior Consultant, and Consultant from 2008 to present. Cattrell specializes in advising utility clients on innovative business models and regulatory expertise, as well as conducting valuation studies and performance benchmarking for utility companies. Prior to this, Cattrell worked at Harvard University as an Information Technology Associate, providing assessments for research groups, and at JANUS Associates as a Junior Engineer, focusing on vulnerability analysis within the energy industry. Cattrell holds a Master of Public Policy in Environmental & Regulatory Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Colby College.
