Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Human Resources Director at Concentric Healthcare Staffing since 2013, Shannon has focused on performance planning and employee relations. Prior roles include Human Resources & Compliance Manager, where responsibilities involved managing new hire processes and compliance tracking. Prior to Concentric, Shannon worked as a Compliance Analyst at American Express and as a Manager/Trainer at Massage Envy. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science from Scottsdale Community College.
