Janine Gardner

Janine Gardner has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience including scaling several high-tech startup companies from the ground up. Most recently, Janine handled all aspects of Human Resources for a local non-profit that doubled in size during her tenure.

Previously, Janine built the Human Resources function and infrastructure for Calera Corporation while fostering and helping shape a collaborative and innovative company culture.

Janine has proven abilities in recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training/development and shaping company culture. She holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University.

Janine is a Bay Area native and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends and hiking with her black lab named Travis.
