Ana Sastre is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion with a robust background in marketing and communications. Currently serving as SVP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion & Culture First at Accenture Song since 2021, Ana co-founded the GRLs of the Cove in April 2018, establishing a leading female skateboarding community in California that promotes empowerment and belonging among girls and women of diverse backgrounds. Previous roles include VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Crispin Porter Bogusky, and various positions at notable advertising agencies such as StrawberryFrog, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Acento Advertising, Lopez Negrete Communications, and Leo Burnett. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Universidad Anáhuac.
