Alison S. Westbrook

Alison S. Westbrook, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent and Culture at Book Harvest, where responsibilities include overseeing the employment lifecycle during a period of strategic growth, with a focus on recruiting, employee engagement, and professional development. Prior to this role, Westbrook was the Associate Director of Talent and Culture at The Eco-Institute at Pickards Mountain, leading environmental educational programming and staff development. Experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Gap Programs at Camp Glen Brook, where contributions involved program development and facilitation. Earlier, Westbrook worked as an International Experiential Educator, conducting cultural immersion programs for young adults.
