Michael O Hibbard has over 40 years of experience in network engineering and technology consulting. Since September 2019, Michael has served as the Lead Network Engineer and Sr. Professional 1 for the Global Network at Concentrix Limited. Prior to this, Michael held positions as a Technology Consultant at Skynet Innovations and a Specialist Data Network at CONVERGYS CORP, where Michael was rehired after an earlier tenure. Michael's extensive background includes work as a Network Specialist at Corus360, where responsibilities involved migrating Information Management clients and equipment. Michael's long career at Convergys began in 1980 as a Sr. Network Engineer, focusing on Cisco equipment and connectivity solutions for call centers. Additional experience includes serving as a Data Center Operation Shift Assistant Manager at CBIS. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree in Computer Programming from Southern Ohio College, along with service in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve.
