Abhishek Chatterjee

Abhishek Chatterjee is a seasoned finance and operations professional with significant experience since 2006. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Finance and Accounting at Concentrix since May 2017, Abhishek previously held roles as Manager and Deputy Manager within the same organization. Prior to Concentrix, Abhishek was Manager of Design Services at Canvera.com, focusing on service delivery and customer satisfaction. Abhishek's earlier career includes a managerial position in operations at A R Infoline Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included forecasting call volumes and performance oversight, as well as serving as Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Minacs, overseeing a substantial team and maintaining key performance indicators. Abhishek's foundational experience also includes a role as Assistant Manager at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where duties involved client reporting and payroll management. Academically, Abhishek holds a PGDM in Customer Service Management from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Calcutta.
