Ajai Joy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and solutions development. Currently serving as Director at Concentrix since January 2022, Ajai leads the experience design and engineering team known as Concentrix Catalyst. Prior to this role, Ajai held various positions at PK from July 2015 to January 2022, including Director, Solutions Architect, and Technical Architect, with consulting engagements for Union Pacific Rail Road and Northern Natural Gas. Ajai also served as Software Architect at UST from September 2013 to June 2015 for notable clients such as Florida Blue and Anthem. Earlier experience includes Solutions Architect and Technical Lead roles at Wipro Technologies, as well as a Senior Software Engineer position at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited. Ajai holds a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Calicut University.
