Denise Lovitt Goodrum

Denise Lovitt Goodrum is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in revenue management and accounting. Currently serving as Global Finance Director at Concentrix since July 2022, Denise leads day-to-day activities related to billing, collections, and global revenue financial reporting. Previously, at ServiceSource from March 2015 to July 2022, Denise held the position of Director of Revenue, managing a $250 million company's Order To Cash process and overseeing a high-performing team. Denise's extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Accounting Manager of Revenue at ServiceSource and Director of Reimbursement and Accounts Receivable at Vanguard Financial Services, complemented by earlier positions in billing management and accounts receivable. Denise earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.
