Michael Chang

Michael Chang has extensive experience in global finance operations, most recently serving as Senior Director at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included partnering with the CFO to develop a strategic direction for a $1.6 billion NGO. Prior roles at the organization included Director and Deputy Director of Global Finance Operations, focusing on financial management and strategic initiatives. Michael has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Fiscal Management Associates, providing technical assistance to enhance fiscal health in community organizations, and held various positions at Columbia Business School, managing educational programs and finances. Earlier in the career, Michael served as a Project Consultant at AmeriCares, overseeing healthcare initiatives in disaster response, and interned at the U.S. Commercial Service. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Boston College and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Columbia University.
