Gloria Gaucher

Gloria Gaucher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Concentrix since October 2018, Gloria previously held the position of Sr. Director at Convergys Corporation from January 2000 to the present, where responsibilities included forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and acting as the primary point of contact for client teams. Earlier in the career at AT&T from 1983 to 1999, Gloria managed the development of user requirements and testing, as well as designing a consolidated billing and revenue disbursement system. Gloria holds an MBA in Business from St. Ambrose University and a B.S. in Business from Saint Elizabeth University.
