Jason Marasigan

In addition to leading our corporate development efforts, Mr. Marasigan has overall responsibility for M&A and strategic investments. He has led multiple transactions within SYNNEX and Concentrix including two of the largest acquisitions SYNNEX has ever completed, that of Convergys and Westcon-Comstor. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Marasigan was at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment banking group advising on strategic transactions including M&A, IPOs, and debt financings for technology companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
