Jennifer Gabbard

Jennifer Gabbard possesses extensive experience in human resources and compensation, currently serving as Director of Compensation at Concentrix since June 2013, following roles as Senior Manager Compensation and Compensation Consultant. Prior to Concentrix, Gabbard worked at Convergys from September 2009 to June 2013 as a Senior HR Associate and began a career in HR as an intern focused on recruiting at Convergys Corporation from May 2008 to September 2009. Earlier experience includes management positions at Sherwin Williams Paint Co from June 2003 to March 2008. Gabbard holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
