Lena Chipman

Lena Chipman serves as the Managing Director of Technology Transformation at Concentrix, leading a team focused on secure hyperscale applications. In addition, Lena holds positions as a Board Member and Secretary for the Mid-South LGBT Chamber of Commerce and was previously the Treasurer for Memphis Trans Love. With extensive experience in software development and business process consulting gained through realitywerks system design, Lena has also held leadership roles at PK, Vanick Digital, and Aerospace Products International, specializing in API technology and advanced technologies. Lena's academic credentials include an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and advanced degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Computer Science from The University of Memphis.
