Shivali Biswal

Shivali Biswal is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Concentrix since February 2014, with previous roles including Associate Director and Group Leader in Leadership Acquisition. Prior experience includes Sr. Manager of Talent Management at IBM Global Process Services, managing succession planning and learning development, and a managerial role in human resources across various functions. Earlier positions include heading the HR function at Ventura Pune and assisting in the startup phase of Transcontinental E Services.
